Solar Power 6: I Do

This design stuff is really tricky. As I soon realized, the "MDS" letters I was planning on press-fitting into the logo are not going to work - they're much too small. With the kerf, the supporting material is too flimsy. The fonts that make for good press-fits are also severely limited. So I've basically spent the last three days testing different fonts, logo designs, raster settings, and inner press-fit letter dimensions (in order to get a good press fit, the inside letters have to be slightly larger than the shapes they're being pressed into).
